【摘要】 目的:通过统计模板的编制,巩固统计理论基础,结合医药教学实践,使获综合水平的提高。方法:在EXCEL平台上编制正交试验模板,以该模板作为平台设计正交试验,建立一个分析测试方法。结果:所建模板成功应用于医药教学科研,按正交试验结果优选建立的药学分析测试方法符合2010年中国药典要求。结论:理论学习加编程实践加分析测试应用,是一个学以致用的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To consolidate the basis of statistical theory and improve comprehensive Level through the design of orthogonal experiment planet and its application in medicine teaching.Methods: The orthogonal experiment planet was designed on EXCEL.Then an analysis and test method was established based on the planet.Results: The orthogonal experiment planet is applied successfully in medicine teaching and research.And the analysis and test method chosen by the orthogonal test has met the regulation of Pharmacopoeia of People’s Republic of China 2010.Conclusion: The combination of theoretical knowledge,programming and practices in analysis and test is a better way to study.更多还原
