【摘要】 我国工业企业在发展低碳经济方面取得一些成绩,但也存在众多问题,主要表现在发展低碳经济的法律法规不十分完善,政府在发展低碳经济方面作用发挥得不充分,企业缺少发展低碳经济的先进技术,产业结构和能源结构不合理,产业集中度不高,企业和职工对发展低碳经济重视程度不够等方面。本文结合存在的问题探寻了解决问题的具体对策,强调应通过进一步完善有关低碳经济发展的法律法规,政府应制定有利于低碳经济发展的奖惩政策,更好利用和研发适合工业企业发展的低碳技术,推进产业结构转型和升级,加强生态工业园区建设,提高企业和职工积极参与发展低碳经济的主动性和责任感等途径加以解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese industrial enterprises gained achievements,at the same time,there were some problems in low-carbon economy.It embodied in the following aspects: the imperfect law of it;the lack of advanced technology;the unreasonable industrial structure and energy structure;the insufficient industrial concentration;the inadequate attention from the corporation and the stuff.The thesis combines the existing problems and problem-solving countermeasures,emphasizes the perfection of the low-carbon economic developing law,and the government should establish the prize and punishment rules in favor of it;utilize and develop the adaptable low-carbon economic technology;push the restructure and upgrading of the industry;strengthen the construction of eco-industry;raise the responsibility and activity of the corporation and stuff.更多还原
