【摘要】 目前教师专业发展研究仍然是教育界的热门话题,教师专业发展必不可少的要针对教师的专业素质进行研究,很多学者根据自己的研究专长,从不同角度出发,进行了关于教师专业素质的有特色的研究,但是关于农村教师的专业素质一直没有得到过多的关注,并且多数学者着眼于高校教师和高中教师,对于初中教师专业素质的研究则较少,把"农村"与"初中"两个关键词结合起来,展开研究.对吉林省农村初中物理教师队伍的自然情况及专业素质(包括专业情意、专业知识、专业技能等)进行了问卷调查,基本掌握了吉林省初中物理教师专业素质现状、分析统计结果、讨论问题存在原因,并结合吉林省实际提出了发展农村初中物理教师专业素质的几点建议.更多还原
