县级水利工程信息化管理及软件研发

【摘要】 以县级小型水利工程数字化为研究对象,研究信息特点及软件开发中的关键技术,如AutoCAD环境下ObjectARX及VLISP二次开发编程、与外部通用数据库Access连接及应用、SQL编程等技术,解决小型水利工程基础采集数据的入库与入图及准确性验证,水工建筑物CAD工程图查询,数据统一更新等问题,实现对县级小型水利工程的文字与图形信息的有效管理,同时,对CAD数据向地理信息系统Map转换问题进行初步探索。所研发的县级小型水利工程信息化管理系统软件,实用性较强且使用方便。

【Abstract】 With digitization small water conservancy project at county level as research object, the article researchs its information characteristics and several key technologies in its software development. It includes that second development programming based on ObjectARX and VLISP, connection and applications with external general database (ACCESS), SQL programming and so on. It could solve several problems of base data warehousing and into the figure, testing of its veracity at small water conservancy project, inquiring of hydraulic structure CAD drawing, data’s uniform and refresh and so on. It effectively manages the word and graphic information at county level small water conservancy project. It also initially explored the problem about CAD data transform to geographical information system. The small water conservancy information management system for county project is effective and easy to use.
