【摘要】 为了研究结构参数和运行参数对自激脉冲射流装置性能的影响,运用自行研制的试验系统对自激脉冲射流装置进行大量的试验,在上喷嘴直径为8 mm和腔径为95 mm的试验条件下,分析下喷嘴直径、腔长和工作压力的变化对脉冲射流打击力和脉冲效果的影响。试验结果表明:不同的下喷嘴直径、腔长和工作压力对脉冲射流打击力的影响是不同的;每种下喷嘴直径都存在着获得最佳脉冲效果的合适腔长和工作压力范围;随着下喷嘴直径的增大,最佳腔长和工作压力范围也有所增大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influences of structural and operating parameters on the performance of self-excited pulse jet device,a large number of experiments on the self-excited pulse jet device are performed by use of the self-developed test system.The influences of change of lower-nozzle diameter,cavity length and working pressure on the hitting power of the pulse jet and pulse effect are analyzed under the upper-nozzle diameter of 8 mm and the cavity diameter of 120 mm.The experimental results show that different lower-nozzle diameters,cavity lengths and working pressures have different influences on the hitting power of the pulse jet.Each lower-nozzle diameter has the optimal ranges of cavity length and working pressure for the best pulse effects.The smaller the cavity length,the better the pulse effects.
