基于电站实测振动信号的相关分析
Correlation Analysis of Measured Vibration Signal for Hydropower Station
【摘要】 基于某水电站机组与厂房现场振动测试,运用相关函数对该电站实测信号进行振源分析以及结构响应的相关分析。试验结果表明,由蜗壳中不均匀流场及导叶水流不均形成涡带产生的特征频率在顶盖、楼板、上机架以及尾水管等处测得信号均有所反映,机组结构下机架处的振动与其厂房水工结构的下机架基础及机墩顶部处的振动密切相关,也进一步说明利用相关函数分析特征信号的可行性。
【Abstract】 Based on the field vibration measure of units and powerhouse in a hydropower station,the correlation function is applied to analyze the measured signals for determining the vibration sources and response characteristic of structure.The results show that:(a)the characteristic frequency produced by the non-uniform flow field in scroll case or the vortex band caused by guide vanes is reflected in the signals which measured in the positions of head cover,powerhouse floor,upper bracket and draft tube,and(b)the vibration in lower bracket of unit is close to the vibrations in the foundation of lower bracket and the top of unit pier.Appling correlation function in the analysis of vibration characteristic signal is feasible.
