【摘要】 "十二五"期间,中小水电将迎来新一轮的发展机遇。分析了今后一个时期我国中小水电发展的机遇及面临的困境,总结了国有企业集团投资中小水电开发的优势,并提出了相关建议。指出国有企业集团应充分发挥其资金、人才和管理优势,做好中小水电规划、设计、建设和运行管理以及技术创新等工作,为中小水电发展提供有益的导向和示范作用,积极推动中小水电健康、有序、可持续发展,为国家调整能源结构、转变经济发展方式作出应有的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the period of twelfth Five-Year Plan,the small or medium-sized hydroelectric sector will face new development opportunities in China.The opportunities and difficulties in the development of this sector are analyzed,and the advantages of the state-owned enterprise group investing in this sector are summarized and the relevant suggestions are also provided herein.It is pointed out that the state-owned enterprise group should play its advantages in capital,human resources and management to do a good job in the planning,design,construction,operation,management and technical innovation,provide a demonstration to develop a healthy,orderly and sustainable small or medium-sized hydroelectric project,and make contributions to national energy structure adjustment and economic development mode transformation.更多还原
