【摘要】 新时期高校监察工作如何围绕学校中心工作来保障学校各项工作的顺利完成,是目前迫切需要研究的重要课题。目前高校监察工作面临的形势和困境:制度建设滞后,监察工作难以落实到位;认识上存在着误区;主动接受监督的意识缺乏,将监察部门当"摆设"或"挡箭牌";尺度难以把握;监察工作缺乏活力等。因此,高校监察工作必须认真分析形势,强化监察意识,理清工作思路,把握工作重点,标本兼治,完善制度,注重责任追究,树立监察权威,以保障学校教学、科研和社会服务工作等各项事业的顺利进行,促进学校的持续、健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a major research topic at present how to work around the school centers to ensure the successful completion of school work in colleges and universities monitoring in new era.The present colleges monitoring is facing difficulties such as system lags behind,difficulties in implementing the measures,errors in understanding,the lack of awareness of active supervision,lack of energy monitoring etc.We must carefully analyze the situation and strengthen the awareness of monitoring and put focus on system improvement and accountability to guarantee the smooth progress of the school and to promote sustained and healthy development of the school.更多还原
