【摘要】于不同海拔、地区、生境收集各类乳酸菌资源材料,分离获得500余株菌株,其中经平台标准化整理整合乳酸菌300余株,对部分乳酸菌进行产酸、降亚硝酸盐性能测定,菌种资源全部提供社会共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 More than 500 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from several resource materials in different altitudes,region and environment.300 strains were standardized arranged and integrated.The acid production and nitrite concentration degradation rate were determined and compared.All strains resources were provided for social sharing.更多还原
