【摘要】 目的观察凉血解毒中药治疗原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床疗效。方法将64例ITP患者随机分为两组,治疗组予地黄止血胶囊与凉血解毒中草药煎剂升板汤口服;对照组予泼尼松口服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血小板计数、出血症状及不良反应情况。结果治疗1个月时,治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为76.7%,总有效率两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,治疗组出血症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗3个月后,治疗组平均血小板数量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率9.4%,对照组不良反应发生率34.4%。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血解毒中药治疗ITP近期疗效与泼尼松相当,但不良反应发生率显著低于泼尼松。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)treated with Chinese medicine for cooling blood and detoxification.Methods 64 cases of ITP were randomized into two groups.In a treatment group,dihuang zhixue capsules and sheng ban tang,herbal decoction for cooling blood and detoxification were prescribed for oral administration.In a control group,prednisone was prescribed for oral administration.The duration of treatment was 1 month for both groups.The clinical efficacy,the platelet counts before and after treatment,hemorrhagic symptoms and adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups.Results In the treatment of 1 month,the total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and was 76.7% in the control group,without significant difference in statistical comparison(P>0.05).The improvement in hemorrhagic symptom was superior in the treatment group as compared with the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment of 3 months,the mean platelet count in the treatment group was higher significantly than that in prednisone control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction was 9.4% in the treatment group and was 34.4% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine for cooling blood and detoxification achieves the same short-term efficacy on ITP as prednisone,but its incidence of adverse reaction is lower significantly than prednisone.更多还原
