【摘要】 目的探讨补肾排毒颗粒对维持性血透患者微炎症状态的改善作用。方法选择在我科透析3个月以上的维持性血透患者90例随机分为三组,常规透析组30例,补肾排毒颗粒组30例,立普妥组30例;健康对照组20例均为健康志愿者。各透析组分别于服药前、服药4、8、12周后透析前空腹采血,健康对照组晨起空腹采血,免疫比浊法测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),ELISA法检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症细胞因子水平。结果各透析组治疗前均存在明显的炎症;治疗8周,补肾排毒颗粒组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平下降明显(P<0.05);治疗12周,立普妥组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显下降(P<0.05),补肾排毒颗粒组下降更明显(P<0.01),但两组仍高于健康对照组;常规透析组治疗过程中,炎症因子水平无明显变化。结论补肾排毒颗粒可以明显改善维持性血透患者的微炎症状态,与立普妥比较,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the improvements in micro-inflammatory state for the patients with maintained hemodialysis(MHD)treated with bushen paidu granules.Methods 90 MHD patients over 3 months in our Department were randomized into three groups,including a conventional hemodialysis group(30 cases),a bushen paidu granules group(30 cases)and a Liptor group.Additionally,a control group was set up with 20 healthy volunteers.In each hemodialysis group,before medication,in 4,8 and 12 weeks of medication,the fasting blood was collected before hemodialysis separately.In the healthy control group,the fasting blood was collected after getting up in the morning.The immune turbidimetry was adopted to detect the hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP).ELISA was used to detect the levels of inflammatory cellular factors such as serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNT-α).Results In each hemodialysis group,before treatment,the apparent inflammation was presented.In 8 weeks of treatment,in bushen paidu granules group,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNT-α were decreased obviously(P<0.05).In 12 weeks of treatment,in Liptor group,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNT-α were decreased obviously(P<0.05).The down-regulation in bushen paidu granules group was much more obviously(P<0.01).But,the results in these two groups were higher than those in the healthy control group.In the treatment of the conventional hemodialysis group,there were no apparent changes in the levels of inflammatory factors.Conclusion Bushen paidu granules apparently improve the micro-inflammatory state for MHD patients and achieve the significant efficacy as compared with Liptor.更多还原
