以太网CAN总线转换器的延时特性分析及设计
Delay characteristics analysis and design of Ethernet CAN bus converter
【摘要】 为实现企业信息网对现场总线控制系统的实时监控,需要采用以太网CAN总线转换器在以太网和CAN网络之间转发数据。转换器中数据转发延时或者数据过载会严重影响转换器的实时性能,为确保转换器的实时性能,分析了该转换器的延时特性,针对影响转换器延时的因素设计了减少转换器延时的数据包拆分组装算法和队列管理机制,并通过实际平台开发该以太网CAN总线转换器。实验结果表明,该转换器能在两个异质网络之间实时转发数据。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the real-time control of the fieldbus system by enterprise information network,Ethernet CAN-bus converter need to be adopted to forward data between Ethernet and CAN-bus.A delay or overload situation can affect performance of the converter seriously,to guarantee real-time performance of the converter,delay characteristics of the converter are analyzed,and the packet split-assembly algorithm and the queue management mechanism are designed.The Ethernet CAN-bus converter is developed by actual platform.Experimental results show that the converter can realize real-time forwarding data between two heterogeneous networks.
