铁铌共生矿冷固结含碳球团成型工艺研究

【摘要】 以白云鄂博铁铌共生矿为原料,采用糖浆作为粘结剂,通过压制成型的方法进行了铁铌共生矿含碳球团研究,并探讨了各种因素对球团强度的影响。得出的最佳工艺条件是:碳氧比为1.0、成型压力为15 MPa、糖浆浓度为3.0%及100℃烘干。在此条件下,干、湿球抗压强度分别为37 N/P和25.6 N/P,落下强度分别为3.8次/P和14次/P,基本满足转底炉直接还原工艺对球团强度的要求。

【Abstract】 Taking Fe-Nb associated ores as raw materials and using syrup as a binder,the shaping technology of carbon-bearing pellet of Fe-Nb associated ores was studied,and the influencing factors on the compressive strength of pellets were investigated.The results show that the optimal conditions of shaping technology are as follows:the briquetting pressure is 15 MPa,the ratio of carbon to oxygen is 1.0,the concentration of syrup is 3% and the roasted temperature is 100 ℃.Under such conditions,the compressive strength of wet green balls and roasted pellets is 25.6N/P and 37N/P respectively,and the shatter strength of green balls and roasted pellets is 14 times/P and 3.8 times/P respectively,basically meeting the requirements of direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace for pellet strength.
