考虑CVT效率的混合动力汽车再生制动控制策略

【摘要】 在分析再生制动系统综合效率与电机、电池、CVT效率之间关系的基础上,获取了电机、电池、CVT联合最佳效率曲线,提出了综合考虑电机、电池、CVT效率的再生制动优化控制策略,进行了CVT混合动力汽车再生制动的建模与仿真分析。结果表明:所提出的再生制动控制策略与现有CVT混合动力汽车再生制动控制策略相比,可在保证整车制动安全的条件下,进一步提高制动能量回收率。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of relation of regenerative braking efficiency and motor,battery as well as CVT efficiency,an optimal working line of motor,battery and CVT was obtained and an optimal control strategy of regenerative braking was proposed in which the efficiencies of the motor,battery and CVT are taken into account.The regenerative braking model of HEV was established and the simulation was carried out.The results showed that compared to the current control strategy for regenerative braking of HEV;the proposed control strategy can not only ensured the prerequisite of braking safety,but also further improved the recovery of braking energy.
