不锈钢表面ZnO-尖晶石复合氧化膜的制备及其可见光光催化性能

【摘要】 通过电沉积锌及空气气氛下两步热氧化,在304不锈钢表面形成具有可见光光催化活性的ZnO复合氧化物薄膜。运用X-射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析薄膜的结构及表面形貌,在可见光照射下测试了氧化膜催化降解罗丹明B的性能。结果显示:在0.05 mol/L ZnSO4、2 mol/L NH4Cl溶液中,以0.03 A/cm2的恒电流密度阴极极化120 s,电沉积锌后于空气气氛中350℃下加热1 h,然后升温至450℃下加热2 h,在不锈钢表面形成了ZnO和尖晶石结构氧化物(AB2O4,A=Zn2+、Ni2+、Fe2+;B=Fe3+,Cr3+)的复合氧化膜,显示出良好的可见光光催化性能。

【Abstract】 ZnO based composite oxides films with visible light photocatalytic activities were prepared by electrodepositing zinc on a 304 stainless steel substrate,followed by two-step thermal oxidation in air.The structure and morphology of the oxide films were charactered by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectrometer,Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The photocatalytic activity of the oxide films were evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B(RhB,3 mg/L) in aqueous solutions under visible irradiation(λ>380 nm). The results revealed that the composite films with well visible photocatalytic performance could be obtained by electrodepositing Zn in a solution containing 0.05 mol/L ZnSO4,2 mol/L NH4 Cl,at 0.03 A/cm2 of cathodic current density for 120 s,then heated in air at 350℃for 1 h following by 450℃for 2 h.The oxides films formed on the surface of the stainless steels were composite oxide films of ZnO-spinel oxides (AB2O4,A = Zn2+,Ni2+ and/or Fe2+,B = Fe3+ and/or Cr3+ ).
