【摘要】 通过对1080 MW核电汽轮机组低压缸末级1448 mm动叶片防水蚀高频淬火工艺及工装研究,解决了工装旋转中心的确定、工装结构设计等难题,设计了整体组装结构、调整方便、通用性强的1448 mm动叶片防水蚀高频淬火工装,为实现该叶片的国产化奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 With the research in the tool design and the anti-erosion high-frequency hardening technology used in the last stage 1448mm blades which were fixed on the low pressure cylinder in the 1080 MW nuclear steam turbine unit,the problem of fixing on the rotating centre and the difficulties in the tool design were solved.This tool design of high-frequency hardening technology used in 1448 mm blades is convenient for adjustment and versatile,also lays a foundation of the localization process of this blade for future.
