基于ProCAST的铸造应力数值模拟探讨

【摘要】利用ProCAST模拟铸造应力,如从浇注开始即进行模拟,当模拟计算进行至铸件凝固温度时计算终止;如从铸件凝固以后某一温度开始,并且假定铸型为空时进行模拟,可以得到铸件的铸造应力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The casting stress is simulated by ProCAST,if simulation starts with pouring,calculation stops when simulation carries out to casting solidification temperature;If simulation starts with a temperature under casting solidification and empty mold is assumed,casting stress can be got.更多还原
