回火工艺对NM400耐磨钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 以NM400耐磨钢板为研究对象,通过再加热调质处理,分析了回火工艺对NM400组织稳定性及性能的影响。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,马氏体逐渐分解,板条结构不再明显,晶界变得模糊,回火温度越高,马氏体分解的越快,析出的碳化物越多,马氏体的碳浓度降低的也越多;钢板磨损质量损失随回火温度的变化曲线与钢板表面硬度变化曲线相反,材料的磨损质量损失与材料的硬度直接有关,硬度越高钢板磨损质量损失越大。

【Abstract】 The effects of tempering process on the microstructure and properties of NM400 wear-resistant steel after reheating quenching and tempering treatment were studied.The results show that martensite decomposes gradually with the increase of tempering temperature,the lath structure is no longer apparent,the grain boundaries become blurry.In addition,with the increase of tempering temperature,the martensite decomposes more quickly,the more carbide is precipitated,the carbon concentration of martensite decreases much more.The change curve of wear mass loss with tempering temperature change is contrary to surface hardness curve,the wear mass loss of the testing steel is directly related to the hardness,the higher the hardness,the more the wear mass loss of the testing steel.
