基于激光熔化成形包套的热等静压近净成形试验研究
Study on Near-net-shape Forming by Hot Isostatic Pressing Based on Using Laser Melting Technology Forming Can
【摘要】 实验采用选择性激光熔化(SelectiveLaserMelting,SLM)技术制作包套,并将这些包套用于热等静压实验。从相对致密度和微观组织方面分析比较使用SLM包套和不使用SLM包套制得的零件,确定用SLM技术制作热等静压包套的可行性。
【Abstract】 The selective laser melting technology was used to make cans,and the cans were used in hot isostatic pressing experiment.Then,compared the using SLM can part and the no using SLM can part in the relative density and microstructure,the feasibility of the method was analyzed using SLM technology to make cans for hot isostatic pressing technology.
