含铋黄铜的组织和性能研究
Microstructure and Properties of Brass Containing Bismuth
【摘要】 采用铸造-拉拔的方法研究了以铋、锡和铝代替铅的环保黄铜棒。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法研究了含铋黄铜的微观组织和脱锌后组织,对其力学性能、摩擦系数和切削性能进行了研究。结果表明:Bi和Pb以独立的第三相存在于α相和α相界处;Sn固溶于基体中,强化了晶界,改善了Bi的形状,并且阻滞了α相,与Cu、O等元素构成了致密的保护膜,从而阻止了基体Zn的溶解,提高了含铋黄铜的耐蚀性。
【Abstract】 A new enviromental friendly cutting brass containing bismuth instead of lead was studied by casting and hot-drawing.The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope.The mechanical properties,friction coefficient and cutting properties were studied.The results show that Bi generates in the α phase and α phase boundary like Pb as an independent third-phase;Sn is solid-dissolved in the matrix,and the grain boundary is enhanced,the shape of the Bi is improved.Besides Sn with Cu,O,etc.elements constitutes a compact protective film to prevent the dissolution of Zn matrix.The corrosion resistance of the brass containing bismuth is improved.
