2024铝合金薄板激光拼焊工艺优化及有限元模拟分析
Laser Welding Process Optimization and Finite Element Analysis of 2024 Al Alloy Sheet
【摘要】 利用Nd:YAG激光器对厚度为0.5mm的Al-Cu-Mg系2024铝合金薄板进行激光焊接试验。通过正交实验研究了影响焊缝质量的因素,优化了激光焊接工艺参数,并基于ANSYS建立高斯热源模型,利用APDL语言编程实现热源的移动加载,从而对焊接温度场进行动态模拟,得出温度分布,最后进行温度场和焊缝宽度测量。对比表明,试验数据和模拟结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 A Nd:YAG laser was used for laser welding experiments of 2024 Al alloy sheet belonging to Al-Cu-Mg series with 0.5 mm thickness.The factors affecting the weld quality were found and the laser welding process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment,and Gaussian heat source model was established based on ANSYS,and APDL programming language was used for mobile sources of heat load to obtain the dynamic simulation of welding temperature field and the temperature distribution,and the temperature field and weld width were measured.The comparison results show that the experimental results agree well with simulation results.
