某重卡前轴成形辊锻数值模拟刮料缺陷分析

【摘要】 针对美国牌号重卡前轴成形辊锻-模锻的设计方案进行数值模拟,研究了坯料成形辊锻-模锻时的塑性成形机理,建立起前轴精度与成形工艺参数之间的关系。这个关系被引入前轴辊锻-模锻热力耦合有限元模拟分析中,从而获得前轴辊锻-模锻中各特征段协调变形规律。使用数值模拟仿真技术分析了前轴在成形辊锻过程中刮料缺陷产生的原因,为重卡前轴成形辊锻工艺的调试提供指导。

【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of metal forming of a front axle,the relationship between the forming accuracy of the quantitative of the front axle and process parameters was established.The test of physical simulation of forming rolling for front axle was conducted and the relationship was introduced to front axle forming roll-forging thermo-mechanical coupled finite element simulation analysis.By the finite element simulation technology,the causes of scrapings in roll-forging process were analysed,which can provide a basis for debugging.
