Gd3+xAl2-x系合金的晶体结构和磁熵研究
Study on Microstructure and Magnetic Entropy of Gd3+xAl2-x
【摘要】 采用真空高频磁悬浮炉制备Gd3+xAl2-x(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)合金。通过Gd对Al的部分替代,研究了Gd元素微量替代对Gd3Al2合金结构和磁熵的影响。实验结果表明,Gd3+xAl2-x系合金的结构与Gd3Al2相同;随着Gd含量的增加,Gd3+xAl2-x系合金的居里温度和磁熵发生了变化,这说明Gd对Al的部分替代改变了Gd3Al2合金的磁热效应。
【Abstract】 A series of Gd3+xAl2-x(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) alloys were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace.The effects of minor substitution of Al by Gd on the microstructure and magnetic entropy of Gd3Al2 alloy were investigated.The results show that the microstructure of Gd3+xAl2-x alloys is the same with Gd3Al2 alloy.The cure temperature and magnetic entropy of Gd3+xAl2-x alloy change with the increase of Gd content.It is revealed that the minor addition of Gd can change the magnetocaloric effects of Gd3Al2 alloy.
