高频红外碳硫分析仪测定石墨样品中固定碳研究

【摘要】 为满足石墨样品中固定碳快速、准确的测试要求,建立了硝酸预处理-高频红外碳硫分析仪测定固定碳的方法,探讨称样量、预处理温度、助熔剂选择等对测试结果的影响,并对测试参数进行了优化试验,确定了适宜工作条件。该方法检出限为0.15%,精密度(RSD%,n=12)为0.24%~4.07%,以国家一级标准物质验证,相对误差为0.1%~0.69%,适用于含碳量≤30%的石墨样品。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requires for quick and accurate test of fixed carbon in graphite samples,the method for determining the fix carbon used high frequency IR-absorption spectrometry has been established.The authors discussed the effect of sample weight,pretreatment temperature,fluxing agent on testing results,optimized the testing parameters and determined the feasible working condition.The detection limit of the method was 0.15%,with precision as 0.24%~4.07%(RSD%,n=12).The analytical results were in good agreement with the certified values(relative error as 0.1%~0.69%),which is applicable in the carbon content of less than or equal to 30 % of graphite samples.
