【Abstract】 The paper,based on the theories of anthroponomy and sports biomechanics,analyses the action process and technical principles of distant basket shot with single hand over the shoulder and clarifies the mechanic principles and action specifications of it.Contrary to the conventional idea,it is pointed out that "basket aiming point" should be the farthest point of the basket rim edge;the shooting action allows the "out-reach" of the elbow to a certain extent.更多还原
