【摘要】 目的观察电针髌股关节治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用电针髌股关节治疗,对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠缓释剂,治疗20 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为56.3%,总有效率为96.9%,对照组治愈率为9.7%,总有效率为48.4%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结果表明电针髌股关节治疗膝骨关节炎治愈率、总有效率均优于口服双氯芬酸钠缓释剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at patellofemoral joint in treating knee osteoarthritis.Method Sixty-three patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture at patellofemoral joint,while the control group was by oral administration of Diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.Treatment effect was observed after 20-day treatments.Result The recovery rate was 56.3% and total effective rate was 96.9% in the treatment group,versus 9.7% and 48.4% in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The outcome indicates that electroacupuncture at pattelofemoral joint is superior to oral administration of Diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets in treating knee osteoarthritis with regard to the recovery rate and total effective rate.更多还原
