【摘要】 目的观察针药并用治疗儿童抽动症的临床疗效。方法将84例儿童抽动症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用针刺配合六味地黄丸治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组近期和远期疗效。结果治疗组远期疗效总有效率为78.6%,对照组为42.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗儿童抽动症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated use of acupuncture and medication in treating tic disorders in children.Method Eighty-four children with tic disorders were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,42 in each.The treatment group was managed by acupuncture plus Liuwei Dihuang Pills,and the control group was treated by medication.The short-term and long-term therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The long-term total effective rate was 78.6% in the treatment group versus 42.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated use of acupuncture and medication is an effective method in treating tic disorders in children.更多还原
