【摘要】 目的观察电针治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将100例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为60.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后基底动脉、两侧椎动脉的血流改善情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论电针是一种治疗颈性眩晕的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture in treating cervical vertigo.Method A hundred patients with cervical vertigo were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,50 in each.The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture,and the control group was by medication.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group versus 60.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvements of blood flow of the basilar artery and bilateral vertebral arteries in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective method in treating cervical vertigo.更多还原
