【摘要】 目的比较腰椎病耳诊与影像学检查的结果。方法选择40例主诉腰痛、腰部活动受限和腿部放射性疼痛等临床自觉症状与功能障碍的患者,分别采用耳诊电测法探查耳部穴位与影像学检查,比较两者结果。结果耳诊与影像学检查符合率较高,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳诊可作为一种腰椎疾病的辅助诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results of auricular electrometry and imaging examination for diagnosis of lumbar spondylosis.Methods Forty patients with chief complaints of low back pain,limitation of lumbar motion and radiating leg pain as clinical subjective symptoms and dysfunction were enrolled.Auricular electrometry was performed to probe ear points and an imaging examination was also carried out.The results of the two procedures were compared.Results There is a high diagnostic accordance rate between auricular electrometry and imaging examination and no statistically significant difference between the results of the two(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular electrometry can be performed as a supplementary means for diagnosing lumbar spondylosis.更多还原
