【摘要】 目的观察赵氏雷火灸治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法将92例贝尔面瘫患者随机分成治疗组47例和对照组45例。治疗组采用赵氏雷火灸配合药物治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。观察统计两组面瘫恢复率和面瘫恢复时间。结果治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为95.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗贝尔面瘫的平均恢复时间为10 d,对照组为14 d,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赵氏雷火灸是一种治疗贝尔面瘫的有效方法,能缩短患者的恢复时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhao’s thunder-fire moxibustion in treating Bell palsy.Method A total of 92 patients with Bell’s palsy were randomized into a treatment group(n=47) and a control group(n=45).The treatment group was managed by Zhao’s thunder-fire moxibustion plus medication,while the control group was by medication only.The recovery rate and time were observed and recorded.Result The total effective rate was 95.7% in the treatment group versus 95.6% in the control group,but the difference was insignificant(P>0.05).The average recovery rate in the treatment group was 10 d versus 14 d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhao’s thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in treating Bell palsy,and can shorten the recovery time.更多还原
