【摘要】 目的:探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎用药规律。方法:以近10年国内公开发表的中医或中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎期刊文献为主,建立Excel数据库,采用SPSS 18.0软件,对符合录入标准的113篇文献,采用频数分析、主成分分析、因子分析、聚类分析等多元统计学方法,探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎用药规律。结果:形成7个聚类方,均与慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机相符。结论:用文献学和多元统计结合的研究方法研究医家用药的一般规律和诊疗特色,对中医药的传承有深远的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the prescription rules of Chinese medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods: The literatures of Chinese medicine or integrative Chinese and western medicine for CAG published in recent ten years were searched.One hundred and thirteen articles which met the inclusion criteria were collected and the Excel database were established.The frequency analysis,principal component analysis,factor analysis,and cluster analysis,etc were applied by SPSS 18.0 software to explore the prescription rules in treatment of CAG.Results: Seven cluster formulae were formed which conformed to the pathogenesis of CAG.Conclusion: There is a profound significance for the heritance of traditional Chinese medicine to study the prescription rules and the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment by philology combined with multivariate statistics methods.更多还原
