聚偏氟乙烯平板膜处理MgCl2水溶液的实验研究
Laboratory Study of MgCl2 Aqueous Solution with PVDF Flat Sheet Membrane
【摘要】 采用聚偏氟乙烯平板膜,研究MgCl2水溶液在40g/L时减压膜蒸馏性能。实验结果表明,随着温度的升高,膜的渗透通量明显增大,通量随着膜后真空侧的压力增大而减小。聚偏氟乙烯平板膜表现了很好的疏水性,MgCl2水溶液的截留率在99.9%以上。
【Abstract】 PVDF flat sheet membrane was used to study magnesium chloride aqueous solution by vacuum membrane distillation.The results indicated that with the increasing of the feed temperature,the permeation flux increased obviously.When with the increase of vacuum side pressure,the flux decreased.It was found that the PVDF flat sheet membrane possessed perfect hydrophobic property the separation efficiency was closed to 99.8%.
