【摘要】 掌握浙江省中学生交通安全相关行为的流行水平,为控制和减少中学生交通伤害的发生提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法,对浙江省30个县区,221个学校,249个班级的11 638名初一至高三的中学生进行集中调查,采用自我管理式问卷调查方法。结果 在过去30天,中学生机动车驾驶率为9.02%,男生和女生机动车驾驶率分别为14.00%和3.88%(χ~2=363.31,P<0.01)。乘坐过小型汽车或出租车前排的中学生中,安全带从不佩戴率为45.72%,男生和女生安全带从不佩戴率分别为45.66%和45.77%(χ~2=0.01,P=0.92)。在过去12个月骑过自行车的中学生中,骑自行车违章发生率为39.90%,男生和女生骑自行车违章发生率分别为45.71%和33.67%(χ~2=117.36,P<0.01)。结论 浙江省中学生驾驶机动车和骑自行车违章现象普遍,中学生驾驶机动车主要类型是摩托车。安全带佩戴率不高,应加强教育和监管,采取积极有效的应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This investigation was conducted to learn behaviors associated with road traffic injury among high school students in Zhejiang province, to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation and intervention. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 11 638 high school students from 30 typical counties Zhejiang province with multi-staged cluster random sampling methods. Results 29.02% high school students reported that they drove motor vehicles in the past 30 days, male 14.00%, female 3.88%(χ~2=363.31,P<0.01). Among high school students who had ever took the front row position of motor vehicles, 45.72% reported that they never wore safety belts, male 45.66%, female 45.77%(χ~2=0.01,P=0.92). Among high school students who had ever rode bicycles, 39.90% reported that they rode bicycles illegally, male 45.71%, female 33.67%(χ~2=117.36, P<0.01). Conclusion The phenomena of driving-vehicles and illegal riding-bicycles among adolescents in Zhejiang Province were common. The main type of motor vehicle drove by high school students was motorcycle. health education and safety supervision should be strengthened. The measures should be taken.更多还原
