【摘要】 目的 为了解外来儿童烧烫伤伤害情况,对宜兴市外来人口社区儿童烧烫伤害发生情况开展调查,以便为进一步预防与控制外来儿童烧烫伤的发生提供参考依据。方法 2009年07月对江苏省宜兴市外来人口集中社区进行了儿童烧烫伤伤害情况进行了回顾性调查。结果 基线调查共调查690个家庭,烧烫伤发生率为5.61%,烧烫伤事件发生率为5.81%。烧烫伤患者平均休息天数为4.22±16.01天;平均医疗花费358.48±958.16元;导致上学儿童平均缺课天数为1.69±8.62天,72.94%的受伤者医疗结局为治愈;16.47%的受伤者好转,有7人还在治疗中,占8.2%;2人残疾,占2.4%。结论 宜兴市外来儿童烧烫伤伤害事件发生率较高,高于本地儿童和相关报道,需加强预防和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of burn and scald in floating children in Yixing city, Jiangsu, 2009. Method Floating population families and children were interviewed using the self-made questionaire; Several round of health education activities were conducted. The second survey was carried out in 2010. Families were interviewed again to evaluate the effects of health education. Rusults 690 families and 1514 children were surveyed in the baseline survey. 85 children were burn and scald in the last year before survey. The burn and scald incidence rate was 5.61% per year; injury incidence ratio was 5.81%. Results of burn and scald were: being rested for 4.22 ±16.01 days equally, cost of medical treatment were 358.48 ±958.16 yuan equally, it resulted in being absented from school for 1.69 ±8.62 days to child of school age. Final results: 72.94% injuried persons were cured, 16.47% were for the better, 8.2% were under treatment, 2.4% were physical disability. Conclusion The burn and scald rate of floating children in Yixing was higher above native child and corretalive cover. The corresponding prevention and control methods should be conducted.更多还原
