大型转动机械振动测量值的准确性辨识
Identification of Accuracy of Relative Shaft Vibration Value in Large Rotating Machine
【摘要】 首先介绍大型转动机械振动测量中偏摆的概念,重点介绍了4例汽轮发电机机组运转过程中发生的振动测量值失真案例,振动特征分析表明:振动测量值失真是由于振动信号中混入虚假的高次谐波信号所致,通过频谱图和波形图等分析手段,为正确辨识相对轴振信号的准确性提供了基本的方法。
【Abstract】 The concept of run-out in vibration measurements of large rotating machine is first introduced,then the 4 cases which distortion is generated in vibration measurement value during turbine running are presented.The vibration characteristics analysis demonstrates that the distortion of vibration measurement value attributes to the vibration signal mixed with a false high harmonic signal,the basic method of the identification of the accuracy of the relative shaft vibration value is provided by using spectrum and wave form analysis tools.
