墨西哥橘离体培养和植株再生

【摘要】 采用墨西哥橘带腋芽的茎段或者顶芽做为外植体,进行立体培养和植株再生,结果表明,在WPM培养基上,当NAA浓度为0.1mg/L(单位下同),BA浓度取1.0时,墨西哥橘增殖系数为3.05;试管内生根率低,采用试管外生根,生根率可达到80%。本研究建立了墨西哥橘离体培养和植株再生技术体系,为推广墨西哥橘良种奠定坚实基础。

【Abstract】 The tissue culture and in vitro rapid propagation of Ficus petiolaris was developed using nodal segments or top sprouts as explants.The results showed that the average multiplication rate of Ficus petiolaris shoots reached to 3.05 using WPM as the media in which the concentrations of NAA and BA were 0.1 and 1.0 mg/L,respectively.Low rooting rate was displayed by using in-tube culture methods.However,the rooting rate was about 80% by outside-tube induction.This study established technological procedures for the tissue culture and plantlet regeneration of Ficus petiolaris,providing a solid base for commercial extension of Ficus petiolaris breeding.
