稀土Y3+掺杂TiO2光催化降解染料废水的研究
Photocatalytic Degradation of Dyestuff Wastewater by Titanium Dioxide doped with Yttrium
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土Y3+掺杂TiO2,对其进行了XRD分析,以刚果红溶液为目标降解物研究了稀土Y3+掺杂TiO2的光催化性能。结果表明:同等实验条件下Y3+掺杂TiO2比纯TiO2的降解效果好。当稀土Y3+的掺杂量n(Y3+)∶n(TiO2)=0.5%(摩尔比)、焙烧温度600℃、刚果红溶液初始浓度20 mg/L、pH=3、催化剂用量为1.5 g/L时,其光催化性能最佳。反应1 h的降解率可达98.55%。
【Abstract】 The titanium dioxide(TiO2) doped with Y3+ was prepared by sol-gel and characterized by means of XRD.Photocatalysis performance of TiO2 doped with Y3+ was studied targeting congo red solution.The results showed that under the same conditions of preparation,the degradation effect of TiO2 doped with Y3+ was better than pure TiO2.When the molar ratio of Y3+ and TiO2 was 0.5,the calcination temperature was 600 ℃,the initial concentration of congo red solution was 20 mg/L,the pH value was 3,and the dosage of TiO2 was 1.5 g/L,the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 was best.And the degradation rate reached 98.55% after degradation for 1 hour.
