可调高支座及其在大跨度桥梁上的应用

【摘要】 在桥梁施工或使用过程中,由于地基沉降等原因,有时需要对支座标高进行调整,以改善桥梁上部结构内力和线形。就此介绍了可调高支座的工作原理及其在几座大跨度桥梁上的应用情况,采用可调高支座可以为桥梁设计、施工和后期养护带来诸多便利,目前可调高支座主要有螺纹调高和填充聚氨酯调高两种调节方式。螺纹调高支座可以做到上下双向无级调节,精度高、耐久性好、施工操作简单方便,是一种较为先进的技术,具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 During the bridge construction and operation stage,sometimes the bearing elevation needs to be appropriately adjusted due to the reasons like uneven foundation settlement,in order to improve the internal force distribution and alignment of the bridge superstructure. The working principles of the adjustable bearing and its application in several long-span bridges are presented in this paper. Adoption of the adjustable bearing brings great convenience to bridge design,construction and maintenance.Currently,there are two height adjustment methods,including through the bearing screw thread and through the polyurethane grouting.The adjustable bearing through the crew thread can adjust bearing height in both upwards and downwards directions with smooth transition, which is also highly accurate and durable with easy construction workmanship.It is a more technical advanced technology with broad future application.
