一步法制备尺寸可控SnO2纳米颗粒及其光催化性能研究
One-pot synthesis of size-controlled SnO2 nanocrystals and study on its photocatalytic performance
【摘要】 借助一步法,通过调变丙三醇的量制备分散性好、粒径均匀、尺寸可控的SnO2纳米颗粒.XRD、FESEM、UV-vis、TEM、XPS等研究结果表明:在含5.00 mL甘油体系下制备出的SnO2具有较高的结晶度,同时其分散性最好,孔容孔径最大,呈现最佳的光催化活性.
【Abstract】 This manuscript described a one-pot synthesis route for the fabrication of size-controllable tin dioxide(SnO2)nanocrystals with good dispersity and uniform size.The characterization results based on XRD,FESEM,UV-vis,TEM and XPS indicate that the as-prepared sample in the presence of 5.00 mL glycerol exhibited the highest photocatalytic performance owing to its better crystallinity,good dispersity,largest porosity and pore size.
