【摘要】 基于京石客运专线北京长阳梁场预制箱梁的养护过程,随机选取多个典型预制梁,根据养护期间监测截面上的多个测点数据,分析了箱梁各部位混凝土在养护期间的温度变化规律。探讨了客运专线预制箱梁在测温及养护阶段的关键技术。同时分析了客运专线预制混凝土箱梁因养护不当而出现裂缝的原因。指出了采取正确的管理手段,合理控制预制箱梁各养护阶段的温度,实施温度最佳控制方案及养护措施,是保证和提高预制箱梁效率和质量,最终提升客运专线桥梁的安全性和耐久性的关键前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the maintenance process for prefabricated concrete box-girders in Changyang box-girder construction site of Beijing-Shijiazhuang passenger dedicated line,some typical precast concrete box-girders are randomly chose and monitored to analyze the temperature variation rules of different parts of every concrete box-girder during maintenance period.Some key technologies of measuring temperature and maintenance process for the box-girders are discussed.At the same time,the causes of cracks during improper maintenance process for the box-girders are analyzed.Finally,a good management is emphasized to realize the optimal temperature control and good maintenance,and all these are going to improve the efficiency and quality of box-girder construction,which will be a precondition for improving the safety and durability of the whole bridges of Beijing-Shijiazhuang passenger dedicated line.更多还原
