深圳大运中心主体育场钢结构支撑胎架同步卸载关键问题分析
Analysis on Key Problems of Synchronous Unloading of Support Jigs for Steel Structures of Main Stadium in Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center
【摘要】 深圳大运中心主体育场屋盖为单层折面空间网格结构,根据工程特点,施工时采用"先胎架拼装成型再卸载成为自承重结构"的成型方式。通过工况分析,并结合卸载施工的可操作性,提出合理的卸载施工方案。运用有限元仿真模拟,为施工监测提供依据,并针对卸载中的关键问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。施工实践表明:理论分析结果与现场监测值吻合很好。
【Abstract】 The roof of main stadium in Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center is a single-layer folded-surface spatial grid system.Based on the engineering characteristics,structure members are assembled on temporary support jigs before it could resist its gravity and other load when members integrated.The reasonable construction scheme is proposed by condition analysis and unloading maneuverability.Monitoring basis is provided by finite element simulation analysis,and the solution of the key problems of unloading are introduced.The results show that the monitoring results are consistent with theoretical analysis results.
