【Abstract】 Specialized elementary school teaching faculty education is mainly concerned about the reconstruction of the would-be teachers’ theoretical knowledge and relevant concepts,involving how to improve their professional capacity while making them transform their theoretical knowledge and relevant concepts into teaching wisdom by means of teaching practice.The promulgation of clinical teaching,a new concept,and its practice in teaching are intended to satisfy the requirements put forward by the four-year future elementary school teacher development program,aiming to deal with problems faced by the would-be elementary school educators,like the development of their career awareness,professional accomplishments,teaching wisdom,and teaching effects.更多还原
