【摘要】 目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶9(Caspase-9)在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测68例胃癌患者癌组织(胃癌组)及癌周组织(对照组)中NF-κB、Caspase-9的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组NF-κB阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组(P<0.05);其表达与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有明显关系(P<0.05)。胃癌组Caspase-9阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组(P<0.05);其表达与组织分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的浸润深度和淋巴结转移无明显关系;二者在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB、Caspase-9在胃癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,检测两者表达情况可为胃癌的临床诊治及预后判断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of NF-κB and Caspase-9 in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of NF-κB and Caspase-9 in 68 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue(gastric carcinoma group)and 68 cases of normal gastric tissue(control group)were detected using immunohistochemistry and their relationship with clinicalpathological features was investigated.Results The positive rate for NF-κB in gastric carcinoma group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The expression was related with histological differentiation of the tumor,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth(P<0.05).The positive rate of Caspase-9 in gastric carcinoma group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The expression was only related with differentiation of gastric carcinoma(P<0.05).Negative association was found between the expressions of NF-κB and Caspase-9 in gastric carcinoma tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion NF-κB and caspase-9 play a great role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma,detection of the two indexs can provide basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
