【摘要】 目的观察利宁凝胶联合丙泊酚用于无痛流产术中的效果。方法将600例早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各300例,观察组采用利宁凝胶宫颈表面麻醉联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,对照组仅用丙泊酚静脉麻醉。观察两组宫颈松弛度、肢体或身体扭动、呻吟下腹痛、手术时间、麻醉用药量、出血量。结果观察组宫颈松弛度明显好于对照组,疼痛发生率及平均手术时间、平均出血量明显低于对照组,P<0.05或0.01。结论利宁凝胶联合丙泊酚应用于无痛流产麻醉镇痛效果好,且较为安全,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of applying Lining gel and propofol in painless abortion.Methods Six hundred pregnant woman undergoing abortion were divided into 2 groups randomly,the observed group was given Lining gel cervix surface anesthesia and propofol intravenous anesthesia,the control group was given propofol intravenous anesthesia only.The degree of cervical relaxation,sleep status,groan or lower abdomenal pain,operative time,anesthetic dosage,amount of bleeding were observed.Results The degree of cervical relaxationin in observed group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the pain incidence and operative time,amount of bleeding was significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.01 or 0.05.Conclusions Lining gel combined propofol in painless abortion has good analgesic effect and security.更多还原
