【摘要】 目的探讨人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源的基因(PTEN)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在葡萄胎组织中的表达及意义。方法选择我院手术切除的完全性葡萄胎(CHM)标本20份(CHM组)、部分性葡萄胎(PHM)标本20份(PHM组)、水肿性流产(HA)组织标本30份(HA组)及正常绒毛(NP)标本20份(NP组),采用免疫组化SP法检测各组标本中PTEN、VEGF的表达水平,并分析PTEN、VEGF在各组中表达的相关性。结果CHM组和PHM组PTEN、VEGF阳性表达率均明显高于HA组、NP组,P均<0.05;Spearman等级相关检验示PTEN和VEGF在CHM组、PHM组、HA组、NP组组织中表达均无明显相关性(P均>0.05)。结论 PTEN、VEGF在葡萄胎中的表达变化为其早期诊断提供一定参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hydatidiform moles tissue.Methods Immunohistochemical strep tavidin-peroxidase(SP) method was used to detect the expression of PTEN and VEGF in 20 cases of comlete hydatidiform moles(CHM group),20 cases of partial hydatidiform moles(PHM group),30 cases of hydropic abortus(HA group),and 20 cases of normal placenta(NP group),the correlation of PTEN and VEGF in these four groups was analyzed.Results The expression of PTEN and VEGF in CHM group and PHM group was significantly decreased compared to NP group and HA group(all P<0.05);no obvious correlation between PTEN and VEGF was found according to Spearman rank correlation test(all P>0.05).Conclusions The expression of PTEN and VEGF can be used as indicators for the early diagnosis of hydatidiform moles.更多还原
