【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantages and therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy.Methods 72 cases of adenoid hypertrophy were treated by adenoidectomy through nasal endoscope.Results After the operation,no complication happened.Followed up from 7 months to 2 years,all the patients recovered well without any recurrence and complication.Conclusion Adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy shows notable curative effect and safety in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.更多还原
