【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗难治性鼻出血的方法。方法对415例难治性鼻出血患者在鼻内镜下寻找出血部位,电凝止血。结果一次手术治愈380例(91.57%),两次手术治愈28例(6.75%),三次手术治愈5例(1.20%),四次手术治愈2例(0.48%)。出血部位不能确定者4例经明胶海绵局部填塞后未再出血。结论难治性鼻出血的出血部位以下鼻道穹窿部、鼻中隔嗅区及中鼻道最为常见,鼻内镜下电凝止血为有效的止血方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore an effective endoscopic treatment method for intractable epistaxis.Method 415 cases were searched bleeding points under nasal endoscopy and treated by electric coagulation.Results 380(91.57%) cases were cured by only one operation,28(6.75%) cases by twice,5(1.20%) cases by three times,and 2(0.48%) cases by four times.4 cases whose bleeding sites could not be made definite were treated by partial filling with gelatin sponge.Conclusion Fornix of the inferior nasal meatus,the nasal septum olfactory and the inferior nasal meatus are the most common bleeding sites in patients with intractable epistaxis.Endoscopic electric coagulation is one of the effective methods for hemostasis.更多还原
