【摘要】 目的探讨成人颈部淋巴管瘤的手术治疗及疗效。方法回顾性分析2003～2011年收治的全部成人颈部淋巴管瘤的病历资料。结果 9例肿瘤完全切除,未出现神经损伤等明显并发症,随访6个月～8年无复发。结论手术治疗成人颈部淋巴管瘤效果理想,可作为首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of cervical lymphangioma.Methods All the patients with lymphangioma in the neck,from 2003 to 2011 treated at the Otolaryngology Department of Zhaoqing First People′s Hospital,were reviewed.Results Lymphangioma were completely excised in 9 patients,without any complication,such as nerve injury.There was no recurrence during a 6-month to 8-year follow-up.Conclusion Surgical treatments of cervical lymphangioma in the adults are safe and effective,which can decrease the recurrence without the increase of complication.更多还原
