【摘要】 为了提升工序过程能力和产品实物质量,济钢近几年通过优化工艺规范和管理制度,导入工序过程能力评价机制,强化以预防为主的质量预见性管理,实施工艺纪律检查和质量计划评审以及制定产品质量异常问责制管理办法等一系列措施,管理制度得到进一步完善,先进的管理理论和方法得到进一步推广应用,钢轧系统工序保障能力得到明显提升,产品实物质量大幅度提高。更多还原
