【Abstract】 TPN is an important part of clinical nutrition support which is one of the essential measures in the treatment of intestinal failure and critically ill patients.Doctors should develop individualized formulations based on the patient′s individual differences and different physiological and pathological needs.This paper summarized the ratio of each component of TPN,selection of nutrients,individualization principle and notices that existing in preparation and application of TPN,providing some references for the rational clinical application of TPN.更多还原
